1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. Products must remain unused, in their original state, and shipped back in the original packaging. Items that appear used, damaged, or altered will not qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and regulatory requirements, we cannot process returns for drones that have been flown, software unlocked, or registered with aviation authorities.

3. Process
To begin a return, kindly use the contact section of our website to request authorization. Any return sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds
After the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and in certain cases, a restocking charge may be applied.

5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you need another product, please return the initial item and place a fresh order.

We reserve full discretion to refuse returns that fail to follow these guidelines.
